NEW YORK – September 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -new record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 visitors from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% over the year before. Eyal Carlin from North America was the Tourism Commissioner. “The United States remains our most important market for Israel-bound tourism. Before the COVID-19 outbreak there was a record-breaking number of monthly numbers of tourists entering the country. We are delighted to witness this change and expect a steady upward trend for months or even years.

Canada is home to 7200 tourists visiting the country in July 2022, and 6,000 tourists in August, isn’t much from the United States.
