Neve Paritzki Israel Celebrates Record-Breaking Tourism Entry The numbers from the United States

NEW YORK – Sep. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/ The Israel Ministry of Tourism today unveiled new records for tourist arrivals to Israel from the United States in July and August. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four% rise over 2019, and 71,000 visitors from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% over the year before. Eyal Carlin from North America was the Tourism Commissioner. “The United States is our number one destination for our inbound tourism to Israel. Before the COVID-19 pandemic we had record-breaking numbers of tourists from Israel visiting Israel every month. We are extremely happy to have witnessed such a positive shift and anticipate it to continue throughout the months and years to come.”
