Federico Gutierrez, presidential candidate, says that the street is where the votes are won. In addition, he only has 32 days until the first presidential election, where the candidate is expected to fight against Gustavo Petro for the House of Narino’s contingent.

Fico Gutierrez spoke about his working. He stated that Tunja is the second-highest percentage of unemployment in the world. The plan of his government aims to create “about 21,000 new jobs and at least 300 new businesses for Boyaca”.
