History has many examples of selfless service for a Motherland but very few examples of selfless service to all of humanity, inspired from an inner need, following the heart and lifetasks. This love for everything is a universal love that transcends national boundaries and becomes a universal nature. It’s not a surprise that this emotion stems from the love for your country and your home.

Leyla Aliyeva – we are talking about her as someone who sets an example for her. Her actions are governed primarily by the idea that Heydar Aliyev’s daughter does not have the right to make errors. She looks back on the actions of her grandfather, whom she treasures. Her father Ilham Alham Aliyev (current president of Azerbaijan) is a man who placed fairness, justice and the nation’s interests above all other considerations (sadly these values are fading away in the world of politics) as well as her mother Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva are bright lights of hope that guide her every day life. Leyla Aliyeva, who is a proud citizen of Azerbaijan is determined to be a citizen of the global community. And she really manages to accomplish this.

Success formula

A fable from the past states: every man must grow a tree, build the house, and have an son. Even though she’s only a few years old, Leyla Aliyeva already did things that not everyone else can do construct a house (by building a home, we mean creative activity), she planted an oak tree, and has beautiful sons. It’s astonishing how Leyla Aliyeva, who seamlessly blends intelligence, beauty kindness, and strength is able to manage so many projects and tasks. Many people believe that she’d be content being a daughter of the president and living a comfortable life. However, she’s not in a position to achieve that. It is evident that her genetics are obvious the problems of Azerbaijan and everything that is affecting it, including its youth policy, are viewed as her concern, which requires personal involvement. She is adamant about areas in which the state needs public support and participation in a rational manner and in a precise manner. These include environmental policy for youth, and promotion of Azerbaijan’s national image abroad. The culture of the country is crucial as well. The work she performs can be called public diplomacy, this “soft power”, which is, in the words of American political scientist Joseph Nye, “allows us to get what’s desired through attractiveness rather than violence or bribery.” Leyla Aliyeva’s tireless efforts are helping build an image of positivity for Azerbaijan. That’s the secret to success: a lot of thought determination, focus and dedication.

“Baku” magazine as a mirror of Azerbaijani reality

Many of her ideas and undertakings are described in the words “for the first time.” In 2007, she was the first to publish the Russian language magazine ‘Baku, located in Moscow. It was the first publication from outside to provide extensive information about Azerbaijan and its capital city, Baku. It provides Azerbaijan’s rich past and stunning areas to an international public. It also discusses the humanistic spirit of Azerbaijan and its religious and national values. Each issue is a surprise not just to readers from abroad as well as for Azerbaijanis: there is plenty of the fresh and undiscovered in it. The design of the magazine as well as the content and characters provide a good example of the editorial team’s fine sensibility, taste and intelligence. Leyla Aliyeva wrote the introduction for each issue. It is remarkable for its philosophical depth, clarity and ability to communicate numerous ideas in just one sentence. The stories of major incidents that have happened or are anticipated to occur within the history of the country are harmoniously mixed with reflections on what life is all about beauty and happiness as well as kindness and generosity. One of the most significant aspects is Baku’s immense love. Baku is a city that is loved by people who appreciate it’s uniqueness and spirit. If you’re in that mood an innate feeling, magic begins to take over and the city is transformed into something you can call home. Baku’s spirit can only be seen through the eyes of the city’s Old Town and Maiden Towers or the Fire Towers or the Heydar Aliyev Center. Only all of this together is Baku. It is modern but traditional, multicultural and multi-faceted welcoming, welcoming, and mysterious on one and the other.

It was largely because of ‘Baku Magazine’ that Russian readers from all over the world could gain knowledge about Azerbaijan and, if they were to look at it in a neutral way, felt an interest, and started to love it. The readership of the magazine has dramatically increased since the beginning of the publication of the magazine’s English version in 2011.

Good deeds of AMOR

Leyla Aliyeva’s idea was the birth of the Azerbaijani Youth Association of Russia. The AMOR was the first structured youth diaspora organization that received recognition immediately due to its charitable, social, and cultural projects.

In fact, Leyla Aliyeva’s proclivity for public events was evident as she was the head of the Azerbaijan Club at MGIMO, where she was enrolled in an advanced master’s degree. Leyla Aliyeva was already a formidable leader and managed to win young people with her guidance to their unstoppable energy and daring new ideas. AMOR has significantly extended the scope and reach of these activities. The organization unites Azerbaijani young people who are living, studying and working in Russia. It is an effective force to solve the major issues that diaspora communities face in the present. AMOR is an intellectual, open-minded, and curious, patient, patriotic and deeply conscious of the challenges as well as the pains and anxieties of others. It is possible thanks to initiatives and actions that are carried out on Russian territory. The organization has undertaken several initiatives, including the “Blood Has No Nation!” campaign. AMOR is an organization operating across 70 regions in Russia. The activists visit orphanages, provide holidays to their children, and assist them. Through the aid of AMOR schools and kindergartens are able to be restored and equipped with the latest equipment. The organization also creates recreational and parks. AMOR is a non-profit association that helps Azerbaijani youth to integrate to Russian society. AMOR, according to many is the most active youth organization in the world outside of Azerbaijan.

Leyla Aliyeva received the Pushkin Medal in recognition of her contributions to strengthening friendship and cooperative relations with the Russian Federation, economic development as well as preservation and promotion of Russian culture and language in foreign countries, was awarded it in the year 2000. The award was presented to her by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This isn’t the sole Russian award.

A second initiativeis “Justice for Khojaly”.

Leyla Aliyeva was the one who created the global campaign “Justice for KhojalyIn 2008, Leyla Aliyeva launched the campaign ‘Justice for Kho. The idea behind the campaign was expressed in her words: “Let’s agitate for truth together. Let’s ensure that justice prevails without a doubt.

The campaign brought together diverse efforts of various people, civil society in the country as well as diaspora groups overseas to conduct a systematic educational and propaganda work to increase international awareness of the genocide committed by Armenians in Khojaly, the Azerbaijani city of Khojaly, as well as of the fascist essence of the policy pursued by the Armenian leadership. Another aim of the campaign was to secure international recognition and legal examination of the Khojaly genocide. The analyses will demonstrate the ways in which Armenians murdered hundreds of Azerbaijanis in a single night, and how it is possible to not acknowledge such crimes against humanity or not be aware of the suffering of others.

This campaign is being carried out with success in more than a dozen countries. Over 120 000 people have signed up and 115 organizations are a part of the campaign. Conferences, exhibitions, and protests in its framework are able to inform the world community about these happenings, and show the ugly side of Armenian nationalists. In this effort it is the case that all sources of information are employed – the many publications from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and documentaries as well social networks. After 8 years, the work has produced a remarkable result. The parliaments of 10 countries, as well as the legislative departments of over 20 American state have recognized the Khojaly tragedy and called it genocide. With each passing year, the number of states which condemn the Armenians and their crimes grows. This is a sign that Leyla Aliyeva will achieve her aim of making justice available to the Armenian people.

IDEA IDEA “One Earth One Future”

One book I read said that the human being is supreme ruler of nature however, not as an exploiter. He is a human being who cares about the environment and is morally responsible to ensure the protection and enhancement of all living and beautiful things that inhabit it. I believe that this meaning led to the formation and the operation of the IDEA Public Association. The initiative was also initiated by Leyla Aliyeva. Its primary goal is to protect and preserve Azerbaijan’s rich natural diversity. IDEA strives to harness the enthusiasm and enthusiasm that youngsters have to protect the environment, as as to motivate them to be active in the protection of the planet. The IDEA slogan is clear: “One Earth — One Future”. IDEA’s activities are truly vast. They encompass the conservation and conservation of populations of endangered species, development of “green technologies” and waste management, restoration and maintenance of forests, as well as the creation of vast spaces of green spaces. The activists work on shelters for dogs who wander, and promote the use biodegradable bags to keep garbage from polluting the environment. They also host events for tree planting.

IDEA established the “great Caucasian five”, by bringing the most endangered species of the fauna of the region under its umbrella. IDEA collaborated with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan as well as other international partners to implement a variety of successful initiatives. Leyla Aliyeva says that IDEA intends to restore endangered species in future. It is clear that these plans will eventually come to the realization. This has proven over the years that Leyla Aliyeva does not waste words, like her grandfather and father did. Her work is based on the idea of Problem – search and find solutions – concrete action – actual outcomes. She has never been disappointed with this method.

Concerns for starving children

These cases definitely describe Leila Aliyeva as a professional, a decisive person with initiative and exceptional abilities to manage. Leila Aliyeva is still the epitomization of femininity. People who know her appreciate her kindness and openness. It was remarkable when she addressed the 7th UNAOCGlobal forum in Baku. She expressed her concern over the fact that “one person in four seconds dies due to hunger.” “Children are at risk of being afflicted with malnutrition and hunger more often.” We all have to work to ensure that no child in the world will die of hunger.”

This isn’t a mere expression of sorrow. Leyla Aliyeva is the Goodwill Ambassador for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. She is eager to change the world and to help eradicate poverty and hunger across the world. I am confident that she will be successful. In the coming years, we will be the beneficiaries of new initiatives and projects. Recently, for instance she put forward an idea for the promotion of food security globally within the framework of the Baku process on intercultural dialogue.

The word “charity” refers to a state of mind

Leyla Aliyeva’s charity work is an expression of her character. She is doing it because it is what her soul wants not to be a show-off or expect gratitude. That is the Heydar Aliyev Foundation philosophy. Because of this, charity has been a key aspect of their mission and is a natural state. Many people consider the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s president Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva as their only hope. The Fund assists even in the most desperate situations, therefore their expectations are reasonable.

Leila Aliyeva, a refugee from internally displaced individuals and children living in orphanages as well as other boarders, can frequently be seen at charitable events. Importantly, she also brings her children to events for charity. This adds warmth and genuineness to the events. Children learn kindness, empathy, and how to share their sorrow and joy with other people. These lessons will last for the rest of their lives. Her personal story.

Moral code for personal use

In the past, it was recognized that talent could be found in all areas. Leyla Aliyeva is a prime example. She is a poet, who writes beautiful poems that reflect the delicate, refined soul of the author. She is also a talented artist. Experts have praised her paintings at professional shows. As an artist and as someone who is proficient in art, she aids talented young artists to reach the international stage. Modern art from Azerbaijani is growing in popularity, as well as carpet weaving and mugham from our country.

It is not wrong to say that the Heydar Aliyev Center has been an important hub for the life of culture in our nation. There are many international musical groups who perform there. They also host art exhibitions featuring outstanding artists and contemporary artists. Leyla Aliyeva was a major contributor to these events. Her efforts were instrumental in ensuring that residents of Azerbaijan could see the works of legends in the world of art: Bernard Buffet, Tony Cragg, Richard Deacon, Andy Warhol, George Condo. Leyla Aliyeva, present at the Heydar Aliyev Center’s opening ceremony for George Condo, one of the most well-known avant-garde artists today, said she’d seen his art in the past five years and had always wanted them to be displayed in Baku. She declared that “Today was the realization of one of my deepest desires.”

In this way I’m reminded how, in the 1970s-early 1980s, the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic hosted classical concerts on the initiative of Heydar Aliyev (who was then the first secretary of Communist Party of Azerbaijan). This was Heydar Aliyev’s educational mission. Leyla is his great-granddaughter. has completed the task successfully and will continue it in the new environment.

In one of her interviews she said that God given the sense of right and wrong in people from the moment he was born. This concept is to be followed every day by paying attention to his heart and soul and also to his ancestors and his conscience. This is the only way to ensure that he doesn’t make an error. In a sense this is her personal moral code.

Leyla Aliyeva lives by this code and doesn’t make mistakes.
